I concur and agree with you Strong. Things happen but it can easily be turned around.
Despite the hiccup with delayed shipping and communication the gear is presented very professionally. I like the snag free vial tops. The MCT oil draws and inject effortlessly. Although it is way to early to give an appropriate review the TestP and TrenA appear to be g2g after three days use. Warm and fuzzy all over and no pip. The prop has a little bite but issue free within minutes after injection. Have to love the guaiacol taste and smell. I have to store the prop in an air tight baggy to prevent the smell from overwhelming my safe. ;) I won't hesitate to keep this source on my watch list.

You posted in the correct spot..... I say members should give a second chance. That's my opinion. Why would he come on and offer free gear? why would he spend $$ to have a beautiful site??? Maybe his guy did screw him over... Smoothest prop I ever pinned.. properly dosed and all was on point... I will see how Dutch handles things before I leave my review.... He is here to make things right... Lets see....
I hope this is the correct place to post this info, if not please feel free to direct me to the correct thread. I am working with Sergio on other forums and was informed about some issues going on over here on MG. I have read thru some reported issues on board as well as spoke to Sergio so I have a pretty good grasp and idea of what happened. From what I gather, access to this forum has been fairly limited since the gentleman Sergio was paying to help with the board took off with login info etc. I cant pretend to know what went on behind the scenes between now and then but I do know this is not how Dutch is conducting business on other boards. For all intents and purposes there has not been much activity going on with Dutch on MG recently and we would like to change that. First and foremost we would like to make things right and for those of you who requested bottles but did not receive we would still like to get you those promised bottles. I would also like to extend the offer to the next 15 MG members who request. What I will do is provide a code which you can directly use to place the order for the free vial. I know this is rather messy and I will do everything possible to get things back on track and get these vials flying. Before anything else I am a bodybuilder and have used Dutch gear for some time now, but even before this I have been a customer to Dutch and many others and know the highs and lows of all this. I have been burned by sources and know what its like to get no real communication. That being said, I hope to get to know you fellas and hope to help spread some Quality Dutch gear in the process. Thanks again and sorry for the delays and or problems.
Hey Jarhead. Sorry for the troubles over this. Apparently there had been some other behind the scenes issues beyond what you posted. At this point as you stated, you clearly are not hurting for a bottle but we would still very much like to send you the bottle and would offer the same to the first 15 guys who would like to try it out. I am just picking the pieces up on this forum and dont know all this ins and outs yet, but we def want to make things right as well as let you and others actually try the gear. All forum talk aside, lets get you that bottle.

Pack received and I will be able to provide a full review once the minimum timeframe has passed. Automated email shipping confirmation was never received and I suspect it was a simple oversight on the customer support end.
This is good to hear from an experienced and respected member. I will remain patient. I am not concerned about NOT receiving what was paid for but I am concerned about the very slow turn-around times.
Geez Subzero, I hope he works things out. His gear is smooth and dosed correctly IMO. Great labels, tops, crimps and clear as can be. I heard he was having probs. with his rep. We have seen this before. I still think he deserves a shot. Maybe it was his Rep.???? I would have no hesitation to put in an order because the rest of his presentation was on point.... Keep us informed...
Day 10 since placing my order and still no shipping confirmation.
I am not trying to bash you or your company. I am only stating the facts as they have happened to me on my very first order with your company. I contacted you on your website before placing my order. I asked how long it would take to receive my order once payment was confirmed and here is the reply that I received - "Usually client can count anywhere from 3 to 5 days to get their order once they have placed their payment". As you can see my expectations concerning delivery was set by your own customer service agent. My payment was sent the preferred easiest and fastest way possible a week ago and I have yet to receive an email that the order has shipped. This might be an isolated incident but that does not change that there is a delay in the shipping based on the information provided by your own staff. You have to understand this is not a huge deal to me but to disregard my concerns and question as me "continuing to talk shit" certainly makes me take pause to ever trust you with my business again. I hope this situation will be a learning process for you in the future so that you can continue to grow. We all want more reliable, trustworthy and quality domestic services for everyone to choose from. Quality competition is healthy for the market place and benefits the customers.
Excuse me sir - You better double check your orders from Sergio because I am a paying customer. My order was placed and PAID IN FULL a week ago and still has not shipped. Is that shit to you? You have some communication problems from your order intake to your order processing to the end customer. Plain and simple. What would you do if you were in my position? Automated emails specifically state the order will ship within 2-3 days of payment confirmation. So please explain to me where I am wrong in with my concerns and question?

Now if you are having order processing problems or delays I can accept that but without communication it makes it VERY hard to have a trusting relationship. It is not my responsibility to contact you and ask if there is a shipping delay with my order is it? I would think that is your responsibility to contact your customers, right? Siegmund provided a perfectly good explanation but I just don't understand why you could did not do this yourself here on the A&D. BTW Thank you Siegmund for stepping in and providing an explanation of what is going on with this source.

i did a little researching into this the last day or two. , and i have your answer below ,, dutch is basicly running this on his own. ...the only reason i know this pain is im living it with my 2 vussiness blacktop/concrete. i depend on ppl. and have faith and i think they will handle it and then all of a sudden i get 4 calls one day that ,,noone has been here ect ...so i need to be on top of everything. ppl i hired are no good. ....whos fault is that. mine. ,,, just like dutch he trusted ppl. and they fell tru. ..and now hes stuck holding the ball :(((

bussiness is not easy , but we are all human. and sometimes we jump the gun and think we have all bases covered and we put our trust into a foreman , or supervisor. and. BANG. THEY FALL TRU. and whats left is im stuck working 16 hours a day , in 95 degree heat with 90% humidity. but i do it and please. ..well dutch is in my position. now. ,,, but im sure if we all extend a little patients. dutch will make this all right , and make it worth the wait. ....

Brother, what long shipping delays? I reached out to vets on here about free samples 4 to be exact . One guy took longer to get his info to me and shipper did mess up and not send his . But we did not just open up have been on other boards and don't have long shipping delays . Have you placed an order ? I don't believe so . Anytime anyone has reached out to me it's been taken care of . Why do you continue to talk shit? I didn't reach out to you for anything as you haven't me ?
I have to post one more time and ask "why the long shipping delays?". Hundreds of orders or we dropped the ball is not an explanation. My wife process over 20K+ orders per year by HERSELF and some weekends over 800 and she has a 99% one day handling record for the past four years. It is much easier and cost effective to keep a customer instead of always looking for new ones. As of right now I pretty dissatisfied with the customer experience. If this is going to be your standard turn around time in the future you need to make this clear from the start because what is stated through order communications is not the reality of what is happening. I find your lack of communication and participation on your A&D page a bit disrespectful and appears to be an attempt to invalidate the concerns.

Dutch, still no pack. Did you send it yet? If not, don't even sweat it at this point. If you have, I will give you the fair review. In the future, when you ask someone to try a sample & let the members know what's up, you should remember thats a favor for you. There's not one top member here who needs a free sample, we do it to try to help MG... both the source & the members benefit. Communication is key.....
A bit dumbfounded how long it takes to confirm a payment, process the order, and receive a shipping confirmation for a domestic order. What is the typical turn around time from the time the order is placed to the time the package is delivered domestically? I am used to a 2-4 day turnaround excluding weekends.
