Blast, did you receive a free sample or try a small paying order & what was your delivery time all together?

My prop sample came today. I pinned it immediately. Smooth as butter.  First, Thank you for sending me a tester. I was concerned why it was taking this long. You did come on last week to state that it would be here this week and it is. I think it is always the unknown when dealing with a new source to MG. Communication is key... I will reply later today or tomorrow morning to give update as far as any PIP but that shit sure did pin smooth...

I would streamline my process more than if it was my business because there are sources who have the holidays figured out and are shipping without the delays. If you are expecting shipping delays due to a holiday then you need to make members aware of the potential BEFORE it actually becomes an issue. Just saying. The only way to stay competitive is to out perform the competition. Especially on small forums with few sources and a loyal customer base. The #1 priority believe it or not to customers is shipping speed. Look at Amazon and eBay. Online customers are used to receiving packages in 2-3 days on a regular basis and it has became the expectation. You were the one that made the free offer and those customers are no less valuable to you than a paying customer. Keep on improving and you will do well if your quality is legit. There are always kinks that can be worked out and improved upon. I personally have very high expectations of my domestic sources (within in reason of course) and I judge new sources by those standards that I have come to expect. 

Was gonna let everyone know shipping was delayed this week with the holiday and lots of orders so it'll be next week before you receive your goodies. Thx for your patience (Update) this is for free samples only not paid orders . Thx

Yes the holiday was only one day but it slows down shipping regardless , had tons of orders and making sure paid customers are shipped first as they should be .     :)

It that the up and up? The holiday only lasted one day and shipping should have only been an issue for that one day. Or is it because some items were actually out of stock? Be straight up brother and you will have loyal costumers for life. I happen to know that some items on your sight were available for purchase but are actually out of stock until next week. No blasting or flaming. Just want to make sure you are being level. It is great to see that you guys are working to update the availability on the site so stay up on it.... good job!
