Old school for me... Chest and Tri's. Bicep's are combined on days that I train the back. The commonality of muscle recruitment is more beneficial to achieve progressive overload in my opinion. Plus by pre exhausting the tricep's before chest you get more muscle recruitment from that major muscle group. Same concept for pre exhausting bicep's before back training. Have a great workout!

A compound like tren ace can be tested in the following manner. Say you're running tren ace and have been for 2+ weeks, all the sides you get are there. Switch labs. Run the new lab for a week or so. If the sides diminish or just fall off, it's under dosed or bunk, on the other hand if everything stays steady, go to go. I think this would work for short esters for obvious reasons. Maybe an experienced user of a long will be able to tell as well. Just a thought or two ;)

Dutch, You have 2 men that will do their part. I don't bet on any people but Jar will do his part. We had members that were sponsored whole cycles by a source and they didn't do their part which was a shitty thing. They were banned which was appropriate..

Me too,  The last thing I'm going to do is rep or work for a source. I will never suck a sources d-ck for free gear or play any games with a source. I will only report my true findings. There is a great Dom source here that has excellent products. I didn't like his Tren but by no means was I going to leave a bad review or even say anything. It just didn't work for ME. Although, I've tried many of his products and their on the money... Why would I report on Bad Tren?  Moral here is once you prove yourself you become family here. The main people here are very loyal. You are not going to get rich here but it will be consistent. You are showing consistent behaviors. Lets see what the long haul brings...

Hell should mix it up more,  but usually squats, straight leg deads, leg extensions, i probably do 6 different exercises for calves because I'm 6"3 and trying to look more balanced, leg press from different angles . 

Same here, quads dominant. Size is ok, I'm looking for conditioning and separation. What's ur routine look like for legs?
