I killed shoulders today. I took off the weekend and rested. well needed. It sure as shit gave me more energy. Tore up Back and Bi's yesterday and killed shoulders today... Never underestimate rest.

I had time to torch bi's tri's and shoulders, good ole quick and dirty pump style with high reps low rest period :)
