We are really sorry that you say we didn't answer to your emails. We have answered to your ticket already 2 weeks ago and provided you 2 tracking numbers. If you will check them, you will see that the packages are in transit, which means they are on the way to you. Unfortunately the delays may occur because of the restrictions around the world. How can you write a review if you still didn't wait for the package to arrive and why you are not answering to our ticket?
I would like to ask for patience from all the customers as everybody encounter delays because of the virus.
I would like to ask moderators to make this review as innapropiate!
