I took four of the Anavar at 3 pm and one of the CY3 as well. Around 5 pm we went to the gym and I took the second CY3 and continued to do biceps and triceps and shoulders. I could tell the Anavar was working right off the bat by the extreme pumps I was getting during the seated preacher curls lol. My arms felt like they were going to explode and this was a good sign. My Poundage was up for all exercises and I felt great through the entire workout. I ate about 8 pm at home and the CY3 kicked in and it was comfortable feeling and I was up all night and all day today as well lol so definitely Kicking in correctly. The gym this afternoon did legs and my endurance and strength was up much higher then the last workout and I felt great. Starting weight completely depleted at 190 lbs. Full cycle gained to 215 lbs at 25 MG every 4 hours upon waking up for 3 doses totaling 75 MG per day. Minimum of 2+ hours intense cardio 7 days a week and 5 days a week of training. Upon cycling off, water weight depleted to a even 200 lbs. Daily intake of proteins equaled in grams total body weight. 200 lbs = 200 grams, etc. Muscle gained to 200lbs during off cycle period remained at 200lbs till start of next cycle.

I cycled winstrol and sustanon 250 for 8 weeks and gained 9 pounds of muscle during my cut for my show. The gains, the pumps, and the vascularity was out of this world, on days when I barely had time to lift I would pick up some weights for 30 minutes and it felt like I was lifting for a couple hours.
