I got done months ago by this low life. Huge write up in the paper of how he got busted just recently. Just type in massive steroid bust in Perth Western Australia into google and thats him. Looks like someone is still running the site and still been sending sale emails and scamming his old customers.

My first order was back in March of this year received - a little late but all arrived in order. I ordered my second batch 21st of August which still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them after two weeks with no reply. Emailed again twice this week and received a reply saying it's been "lost" by Australia post.

No reply to emails, i have also had multiple customers report no items arriving, he used to be legit but now i believe he is just exit scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM OZGEAR.IS

Never received my order. Sent several emails and still no response. Ozgear.is are total scammers. I found these reviews too late.

Complete scammers. Took my money and won't reply to emails. Stay away from them. I hope he gets caught and cops a flogging

Messaged the guy to see if the site was up and running. Received an answer with in a day which seemed fine. Ordered and havent heard a word since. No response to emails. No order confirmation. No delivery of goods.

Hi, I placed an order here last week, its a SCAM they will steal your money!
at first he will get back to you quickly he seems like he know his stuff, when i mentined to him that his reviews are bad he said its his competition hard at work which i now know is a lie!
im happy to talk to anyone over the phone, happy for anyone to email me at [email protected] i can also show the email trail of me chasing these guys without a responce. once they take your money you will never get a reply and certainly wont be a reciving an order.

Oz Gear initially showed all the hallmarks of a great business. Good products, good communication, decent delivery times & conducted themselves in a professional manner with any unforeseen hiccup. Sadly it ended in mid March. 3 orders, time & several hundred dollars down the drain. This business/individual could have been so much more but their greed is their downfall.

I ordered some gear from Ozgear on Tuesday (4-5-2021)
I sent an email to them the next day, (5-5-2021) to ask if the order had been received, I got no reply.
I then sent a message to them on (6-5-2021) via their contact details on the web page.
Again I got no reply.
At the same time as I sent the the message via their web page, I sent another email from another email address with a simple Query, this has been answered. I then replied telling them about my order and the alternate email address.
Again I got no reply.
I strongly advise keeping away from these guys, they appear to be actively seeking people to scam.
And then when you send some money they go silent.

BUYER BEWARE
Ordered about 4x weeks ago and nothing.
Initially they responded to emails saying no tracking info.
Now don't respond to emails at all.
Absolutely disgraceful conduct.
Don't buy from these people, they will take your money, string you along and then ghost you...$400 down the drain.
If anyone could recommend honest domestic sources I'm Aus, I'd be grateful.

Terrible service, I ordered some Tremb. On the 3th of January ordered and paid that same day, they sent me an email saying my order had been shipped and it would take 2-5 days. I never got the product and haven’t heard from them to get my money back! They kept on replying to my emails saying “they would get back to me with some information about the track of my product” never heard back from them. There are many other places to order from if I were you I would use any other. Too risky and frustrating to do your part, make your payment and never get what you have paid for. -annoying- I waited 13 days and then had to order from other company.

I have ordered a few times from Ozgear.is. products are good.
Ordering process is not consistent, today I ordered some items and paid via Bitcoin, no email, the dashboard doesn't show my order either, getting nervous.
Have emailed the Bitcoin receipt and asked for them to check, will update.
My previous supplier guarenteed delivery express post but these guys only assure delivery via snail mail, other than that Ive found them good. This web error is Secound time it's happened.
If anyone out there knows what's going on or had simaliar experience I'd love to hear back to put my mind at ease.

Apparently the post office lost the first order,
They said they have sent a second order cause they 100% guaranteed delivery.
Been 7 working days now and nothing.
I would not order I lost thousands due to they are running a scam after thrive has been busted
