The customer support was much quicker than expected. Always available and helpful. I had a problem with my account, they sent the video to the IT team, and it got fixed within 2 hours. Very good.

I got the tracking link within 30 hours after ordering, quicker than told. 6 days later, I received my package. The tracking website provides information about the package in Lithuanian which is easily translatable. The package itself was not damaged at all, which got assured by bunch of bubble wrap.
