Been doing this for over 33 yrs now.And around gear just about as long.12years as a personal trainer.And even after all this time I love it just as much today as I did the first day I ever walked in a gym.I was 6ft 1" and 110soakn wet but I felt comfortable there even with 200+ lbs monsters all around me.A guy named Lee Haney was one of the owners that signed me up.He was training for her a first Mr.O.The guy was a FREAKN Tank!! And also one of the most humble and down to earth people I've ever known.
