good strategy

remember that you are likely holding more water than usual. remove the water and they're likely to fit again
Yeah I'm sure once I start working (really soon) this little bit of fluff and water will go away.
I'm just used to being much leaner. This is probably the most body fat and water I've ever had. But I wanted to gain some fluff... Keep me a little warmer during the winter. And it definitely worked.
Me last winter vs this one... Pretty sure this was my most successful bulk yet.
There's almost 30lbs between these 😁

The many versions of Gainz 😁.
I just need a mix of bottom right and the middle.

are you stretching before/after workout?
The only*stretching" I do is my girl, but I don't think that counts towards my flexibility? 🤔🤣😂
Crazy how strict I am about everything else... But I definitely fail constantly with mobility work. I really have to set aside 10 minutes every day and do a proper routine. When I started working out 4 years ago I was really good about it. But after the first year I just kinda stopped and only stretched if something hurt.

slowly becoming a shredded Gandalf or Dumbledor? :ROFLMAO:
Thinking more like a sexy Charles Darwin 😉

Just weighed my brother on his one month anniversary of working out with me...
He went from 139lb to 149lb!!! 10lbs in one month, IM SO FUCKING PROUD and happy for him.
He didn't even believe it himself, he got on the scale to check twice 🤣

The smile on his face was priceless.
I would have been happy to see 142 on the scale... But 10lbs is fuckin awesome.

My latest flex 😁

yeah yeah, we can all see that you got bigger. jeez, this guy never stops flexing with his awesome fucking physique :ROFLMAO:
64° yesterday and you best believe I was walking around as naked as the law allows.
Tuesday will be 70° and I'll be doing the same 😁
I'm so fucking hyped for the nice weather!!

And Monday when I see my brother I'm going to ask him what his long term goals are. I don't know if he just wants to put on some healthy size and muscle... Or if he's trying to get "big"

pretty sure he's gonna say something like "I wanna look like you" lol
Yeah I just got done working out with him. Bench day! His starting PR was 127lb.
He just did 5 sets of 5 with 120lb. So he's definitely getting a lot stronger.
I just asked him what the plan was... Are you stopping at 160-170lb or are you trying to get big like Lee and myself?
He smiled and said "I want to get big"
I'm really excited to hear that.
I can't wait to see him at even 180lbs... I know he's going to look and act like a completely different person.
And I really hope he stays with it and gets up to 200 and more.
But yeah he said he never wants to stop lifting. I can tell he's getting into the lifestyle and really enjoying the process. Watching his numbers climb and seeing the scale go up is really keeping him motivated

it's just that there's going to be a moment when the numbers will stop in pretty much most aspects. they will still climb, but way slower. that's when he got to stay motivated because that's when most lose their motivations and start giving up

Probably the hardest thing I've done yet.
320lbs for 13 reps. I'm not use to using a belt... Especially for anything over 3 reps. I messed up somewhere around rep 8 and it threw me off my pace. But I'm still very pleased with the lift. Especially since not that long ago 307lb was my one rep max.
