So far so good 😊
6 days ago she wasn't exactly feeling it and I told her... No we're too far in to stop now. Then showed her my calendar. Her whole attitude changed... She's pretty determined now

it's important to understand that highs AND lows are part of the game. it's important to keep pushing through the lows

If I'm completely honest... I didn't know how much work this would be. Sometimes every I'm like... Jesus again already?
But we've been getting along better than ever. I can't even remember the last time we had a disagreement

that's what really matters
It might sound corny... But I didn't think it was possible to get along with someone so well. Unless we're at work we're together. We just spent 3 months together of me being home every single day. We never fought... Never needed a break from one another. And now that I'm back to work she misses me. So when I get home she's excited to see me. Absolutely insane... We'll be together for 7 years in August.
We were doing really well before but this 365 challenge has brought us even closer together. So far the best part is trying to think of something new so it doesn't feel... Forced like a chore.

forced down the throat? :ROFLMAO:
Have I not talked about her new... Attribute?
And... Yeah... Virtually as hard as I please.
When I say I might be the luckiest/happiest guy on the planet... I FUCKING MEAN IT!
Sometime around last September she said she wanted to practice and try to lose her gag reflex. Needless to say I was happy to help. Late November a whole new... World opened up and my life hasn't been the same since.

the always happy to help kind of situation.
or you're just a helpful guy? :ROFLMAO:
I was the most helpful I've ever been! I really enjoy teaching and helping people break past barriers.
The best part was for about a month she didn't really have a voice. Sounded like she was sick or spent a night yelling at a concert. So of course every time someone asked "are you sick... What's wrong with your voice?" I'd just fuckin grin, look at her and be like... We'll.... What happened? 🤣😂

He wanted 300lb by his birthday and already passed it! A full month ahead of time.
I'm so fucking proud of this kid

that's exactly what I was talking about. beginners ramp up the numbers extremely fast when they have proper mentoring, dieting, and training. especially with good genetics

Yeah within a month he put on 10lbs of bodyweight and increased his deadlift by 80lbs.

lol. that sounds like he is on steroids. I can assume he just improved his form which contributed to such a huge increase
Yeah he's definitely Natty, improved form is a lot of it. And training every single week
Monday is bench, Wednesday is deadlifts and Friday is squat. Working really heavy... Warm up then 5 sets of heavy 5s or 3s. Then 2 sets of 12 or 15 (cool down Kinda pump) Then 2 accessory lifts.
Sunday he trains biceps and shoulders at his house.
So yeah between consistently training heavy, gaining 10lbs and learning good form is really helping him. Also getting him into the right headspace... A few times now I've seen him go into a heavy lift and I can tell he's not in the right headspace and he'll fail it. Either laughing or joking... Or just talking as he goes to unrack. I'll make him wait 5 minutes and walk him through the process of preparing for a big lift and 9 times out of 10 he'll crush the lift he failed at 5 minutes prior.
I've also learned not to tell him what weight he's doing or he's about to do.
Like last week when his current PR was 270lb on deadlift... We were working up to a heavy triple. I put 270lb on the bar and just said 3 if you can. He did it. Went up to 280 and said 3 if you can... And he did it. (I stopped there because I could tell he was at his max) And said congratulations you just got a 10lb PR and did it for 3!!!
He was fucking shocked, he thought we were only at 250lb.
And then I broke his heart and said it doesn't count as a PR because you did it 3 times 😁.
That's why Wednesday we did it and he got the 308lb for 1.
I think he can get 350lb by his birthday

just ensure proper form to avoid injuries and he's likely to do it
Yeah his deadlift is what Ive been watching like a hawk. His only... "Problem" is when it gets heavy... 80% or more of his max he kicks his ass up first and then pulls with back. It's not terrible form... But could definitely be better.
I keep telling him to lean back and drag that shit up his shins.

Now you got my attention,,lol those are hard to find. The longer you're together the less it will happen. So enjoy it.
