How soon is too soon to cycle DECA?

I started my first cycle of DECA on Dec. 1, 2024, and took 400 mg weekly along with TEST until April 1, 2025

Blood work was normal before and after the 1st cycle.

I love the results and have gained a lot of strength and muscle.

I was planning on waiting until June 1, 2025, but I want to start my second cycle on May 1st.

How soon is too soon to go back on Deca?

the general rule of thumb: you need to wait the same amount of time you've been on deca to start another cycle.
to make sure you can go for it: have a bloodwork confirming you're fine.

theoretically you still should be on PCT

I was planning on waiting until June 1, 2025, but I want to start my second cycle on May 1st.

I would say it is too soon. you still should be on PCT, but you want to start your next cycle. def too soon if you ask me.

Deca hangs around in your system, so I’d wait about 6–8 weeks after your last shot. Jumping back in on May 1 feels rushed-starting in June is safer.

Thank you @kyless9 and @suppsforlife for your input. It's helpful and I will wait to do my 2nd cycle. I think I'll wait until July1.

I’d chill at least 8–10 weeks off Deca before jumping back on. That gives your hormones time to settle and keeps gains safe.

Yep. I'm giving myself 8 weeks off before starting my 2nd cycle. I'm going back on June 1st

and better have a bloodwork before starting. 8 weeks is usually the minimal length. I generally recommend people to wait for their next cycle as long as they've been on the previous cycle. 8 weeks is fine, but if you can confirm that your body, organs, and hormones are ready for it (with bloodwork).

Yep. I will have my blood work done next week, so I'll know.
In the past, my blood work has come out normal.
