100%. Adjusting all your hormone levels optimally has so many incredible benefits. TSH, Total test, free test, SHBG, IGF-1 to name just a few. Your quality of life will improve dramatically. It takes some work figuring everything out.....and you can really only rely on yourself, but it is worth it.

MD's can help, and you need them to order labs and I also like to use pharm ancillaries, but you are your best advocate.
