Anybody Do Shows?

I'm a power lifter but I have a friend who's training for a show. Also know another lifter former powerlifter....Matt kroczaleski sponsored by muscle tech he's a bodybuilder and does photoshoots.

BostonMuscle just curious as to what those guys do to get totally shredded for the show. I going to look online but figured id ask around and get first had knowledge from of the brothers here.

What are you trying to find out? Do you need a diet, cycle info, water depletion questions? What are you looking for? I can help you with most and if I cant I am sure I can help you find the info online or direct you to a great coach. Bodybuilding is hard but yet so simple. Ppl make it more complicated then it actually is. I say that in all respect and out of personal experience.
