colostrum

A trainer i know has been talking up colostrum lately. So, i went and purchased some. It has a myriad of purported benefits ranging from digestive tract benefits to anti-bacterial/viral properties.  Further, it benefits bodybuilders, gym rats, strength athletes etc. It contains  bovine igf-1, which is only different by 3 proteins out of 67 i think. In another article that i read a few weeks back stated it can take up to 90 days to really feel the benefits of the alleged anti-aging benefits.

Anyhow, here's a link, take a look.

Hows it working for you? I'm going to look into timing e.g., pre- or post - workout, first thing in the morning, before bed kinda thing

thats good! So perfect fit for protein shakes then. Good to know! Thanks for sharing brother.

btw, do you add liquid egg whites to your protein shakes?

I don't add eggs to shakes, the texture weirds me out.  I mix whey, oats and hemp seeds. Going  to add the colostrum to the morning shake (it doesn't mix well in plain water).
