Cottage Cheese Smoothie

I know this has probably been done 100,000 times already, but.....

 In a blender combine:

1/2 cup of cottage cheese (low or nonfat)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup of milk (low or nonfat)
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
1 packet of Splenda or sweetner of choice

For those that use flax oil, you can add a tablespoon to this and it doesn't really change the taste. Blend for 1 to minutes, serve and enjoy!

Cottage cheese is such a great source of casein protein, but it taste like shit. This could be a good wsy to make it taste good. +1 apex

I choke a pound a day down.  I buy 5 pound tubs at sams two a week.  Shit is nasty.  Only way I can take it is by adding crushed pineapple to it.

I like the smoothy option, but i try to avoid sweeteners.  The blueberries should be enough.

SF mentioned on some thread that Dairy has estrogenic properties in the male body. i didnt research it any further, which i should have, but that makes me shy away from dairy proteins personally.
