If they have lab in name it can be true. Why not ? There are two kinds of labs. Ceritified, official ones that have approval from medical institutions and quality is guaranteed. And then garage labs. And then there is one more group and it's Thai, India, Asia, China labs that are pretty good but without legal license so they are still undergrounds.
