First Time Cycle Gameplan

What's up guys,
I'm brand new to the forum. A little background for the cycle: I've been training in the gym for about 6 years now, and I am training to do a marathon so my cardio load is pretty high right now and I'm lifting 4x a week, hitting each body part once. In order to reduce muscle loss and start a recomp I'm going to be running my first cycle. Here's a detailed gameplan let me know any suggestions and what you think.

Test E: 100-150mgs 2x week Monday and Thursday for the duration of the cycle

Anavar: 25mgs a day during last four weeks of the cycle

Got some Aromasin on hand, not sure how I am gonna react and whether I need an AI or not.

BPC 157 To help with recovery since my body is gonna be under more stress than usual.

Thinking this would be a 14-16 week cycle, as far as PCT any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

seems like you've done your homework - everything seems just fine. it's great to see beginners who are actually doing their homework before just starting taking random shit expecting to grow a lot of muscle.
The only thing to mention - BPC 157 may not be necessary since you already use Test which helps you recover faster, especially if you do add Anavar. Also, do have Aromasin handy because, indeed, you do not know how you will react when it comes to estrogen.
also, 14-16 weeks cycle is pretty long, but can be great. as for PCT - it is similar to AIs. You need to find your own sweet spot. but usually- you start PCT 2 weeks after the last dosage of Test E. Start with 50 mg/day of Clomid and 40 mg/day of Nolvadex for 2 weeks, then reduce dosages fo both in half for 2 more weeks (PCT 4-6 weeks).
