Free Testosterone!!!!!

No im not giving gear away GET YOUR MIND RIGHT.I want to know which ways you can increase this number other than proviron,also why is it that total test is looked at while free test is what truly matters.And does anyone no the scientific reason free test is the one you truly want.

Testosterone that is "bound" has paired up with SBGH and is not readily available for receptors to use, plus I believe its more sensitive to estro conversion. So free test is there for the receptors to soak up, plus as I understand will not convert as fast to estrogen.
