Yogurt is a great asset for a protein packed snack. Typically, about 5 oz of Greek yogurt packs about 12-15g of protein! I could put a yogurt cup to bed in about two and a half bites, so if you don't have a big appetite and have trouble meeting your protein requirements, try some Greek yogurt. Wanna get fancy? Make it a parfait with some granola and berries/fruits.

You got that right buddy, greek yogurt rocks especially with fresh blueberries or drizzle a bit of honey in there. Next to the mighty avocado, yogurt is my favorite in between meal snack.
