Hello everyone im 34 and I've been training since I was 12. When I first started out I was pulling the typical every other day full body routine and just plain over training. Started out with my dads golds gym set in the basement. Little small white and gold weights. I continued to revamp my approach and try new things. By the time I was 16 I was more into body building then powerlifting. Finally movin away from the every other day lifts to 3 on 2 off 3 on 1 off routine and 4 day split (2on 1off 2on 2 off). I ended up liking the 4 day split. I was headed in the right direction when I had a bad injury that took me down for a year When was in my early 20's. it was a long road but I got back into the grind and I'm still at it today. This past December I got up to 240 pounds. I strated dieting and I have drought myself down to 205 at 10% BF according to one of those expensive fancy Tanita scales. My goal is to eat train sleep and grow. I love the lifestyle and love being a part of helpin others achieve their goals.

Hello Titan! Sounds to me lime we have just gained someone with a wealth of knowledge. Great to see life-long gym rats come in here and pass on some of the "old" school knowledge. Again welcome!
