HGH Carpel Tunnel

Take frequent breaks – Especially if you're doing repetitive tasks (typing, gaming, manual work), pause every 20–30 minutes to stretch and relax your hands.
Adjust workstation ergonomics – Keep wrists straight, elbows close to your body, and your hands slightly below elbow level.
Use a wrist rest or pad – It can reduce strain during typing or mouse use.
Wear a wrist brace at night – This keeps your wrist in a neutral position, relieving pressure on the median nerve.
Avoid sleeping with bent wrists – Tucking hands under pillows or sleeping curled up can worsen symptoms.
Nerve gliding exercises – These help the median nerve move more freely through the carpal tunnel.
Wrist stretches – Gently extend and flex your wrist and fingers throughout the day.
NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) – Can reduce inflammation and pain temporarily.
Topical treatments – Some people find relief using lidocaine patches or creams.

If symptoms persist more than a few weeks despite self-care, go see a doctor, or especially if you notice weakness or muscle wasting in the hands and/or have symptoms that wake you up at night frequently.

But if it's HGH induced, not sure if they will help too much.
