I spent a few months on half a tablet daily to stop the headaches. Then I started taking it in the morning so I wasn’t awake most of the night. Seems to work well now at 5mg.
A couple of times i have taken another 5mg before going to Muay Thai about an hour before I started training. I didn’t like how I was feeling from it but so many different factors are involved with my training so I can’t say it didn’t help just felt I had to much energy and went to hard.

I'll give it a shot, I honestly didn't know it can increase your blood thickness.

I'll start taking 250mg of aspirin and see how that goes.

ok ive been on cholesterol pills but i stopped taking them as iam on 20 pills a day for heart and pillsfor my pituitary i wanted to shorten the list but i better jump back on.

Bro... I was a junkie... taken 20 plus hydrocodones a day with 200mg of tylenol per pill... for... almost a decade. I never had any blood come from my bumbum.. well... not from swallowing pills anyway .
But yeah I've just been taking 1 in the morning. But I'll be headed to Walmart in a few (when my girl finally gets ready)
But I'll see what they have for a lower dose. The 250mg is just what I had laying around the house.
