iron problem?

hi .well my FE is227 when the maximum suppose to be 170 and at the same time my ferittin really low 16.5.shall i donate blood to minimize FE or i will crash my ferittin more.at the moment i feel really tired and im a bit worried about that

blood presure normal 7 11 .only trt 150 mg enathate divided in 2shots per week

Trt my self.the doc said to donate blood but im afraid in case i crush my ferittin even more

check for any other health issues. it is very strange you have low ferritin at high iron levels. usually, low ferritin indicates low iron levels. such as gastrointestinal issues
