I travel A LOT with work...all the time.
Here is my prep for the week...I only prep lunch since I like to cook dinner with my husband and my breakfast is eggs and veggie sausage.
(L) Pan seared steak with roasted veggies. (R) Shrimp in Greek spices and roasted vegetables.
I found a large container of veggies on sale at the grocery, so I bought it and roasted it up.
Thoughts?? Suggestions?
