Yeah I think everyone no matter how dedicated has motivation issues at some point. Great speech particularly the realistic goal setting. I never train blindly I always have a purpose and or goal in mind.
Andy Bolton who was the first man to deadlift 1000 lbs says consistency is the key to success. So many guys are inconsistent. Like train for 6 months out of gym for 3 months. Never get to the top like that. If your feeling burnt out just take a week offf. Spend it with family and friends. Most of time you will come back refreshed and ready to go. But consistency is key.
