Hey everyone, new to MG and loving it. Firm believer behind READ THE RULES and get my gear from READ THE RULES. On my 5th cycle now, started at 180-190lbs ish about 3 years ago, sub 15% BF. With my 5th cycle I'm up to 230lbs as of today sub 10% BF (with calipers) and while dieting last cycle on READ THE RULES I was 4% BF (submersion tank) and competed in BB and did really well. Looking to spread the knowledge and learn more myself.
