Hello all, this is my third time ordering for the warehouse, last order never got delivered, or possible it was delivered to a different place. Either way I reached out to my contact and explained to him the problem. After further discussion. They were going to send me a new order free of charge. I understand they can’t do that every time. But they helped me out big! I know it wasn’t cheap to re-send my order. And because their service and customer support. I will most definitely be a returning customer. Thanks again!
