The published dose is 5-10mg ED.
Difficult to find that small a dose from a UGL. I have been taking 25mg ED for over a year without any negative impact. I spoke with physician (cousin) and he stated that was an acceptable dose for long term use. Because Cialis has a 36 hour half life only take one dose in a 24 hour period.
Some interesting facts concerning Cialis-
1. Long term Cialis use has been shown to significantly improve the testosterone to estrogen ratio by an average of 24%.
2. Inflammation reduction - This is important because plaque buildup in the arteries is largely due to an inflammatory process where white blood cells adhere to and "attack" arterial walls.
3. Been proven to lower high blood pressure. Original development use. Although it does not dramatically lower blood pressure, it will help most guys struggling with hypertension.
4. In some Cialis may actually act as an antidepressant.
5. A proven and safe track record.
With all medications research is important and I advise anyone choosing Cialis for long term use to first discuss your options with your medical professional.
