RDW and bloods

Didn't do the double.  I was going to but my iron levels were 1 point over the cut-off for the double.  Guess high iron levels make it difficult for their machine to properly separate the blood.  Shouldn't have had all that ground beef and spinach for lunch .... too much iron.  Feels good to have a pint less of that syrup in me.

I've heard of others here having that same issue with their donation center. Never beenvan issue with me at mine. Next time I go I'm gonna ask about that.
