Just had my first shot!! No pain just a bit of discomfort !! My wife did it!! She is a star!! Drop my oil in some warm water ( Just checking if helps) follow all procedures to keep everything sterile! Will keep you all informed!

You're on your way now! I don't warm my oil, but some say it helps. Definitely couldn't hurt.

The injection went fine! Right now I'm feeling a bit itchy specially my back!! Used some Aurex cream and  took a allergic pill wasn't sure if was the shot or something that I eat because is not the first time I have this type of allergies it seems that is helping!!

Try to heat your pin up with a hair dryer instead of putting it in hot watter.

 Also if you are itching some benadryl and bayer aspirin.

Howdy Ya'll! Going into week 6 no bad sides so far but noticed that acne are coming a bit stronger now!! Can I take 1mg of Adex??By the way puted almost 4 KG but looking more shredded...!
