Well got a bit to much bf after xmas so planning in cutting down a bit. Diet is in place using separate macros for training and none training days. With carbs focused around workout. 220lbs 15%bf
just planning cycle. Was thinking 6 week blast of
week 1 -6
rohm thermo lipid 1-2ml ed
apollo rip240 1.5ml eod
hygeteopin hgh 4iu before bed.
hgh I like to use around workout in high doses but I find more consistency running mon-fri before bed seems to help injury niggles better.
any thoughts or you think that's good to go?
