Rotator cuff surgery

Rotator cuff surgery in 3 weeks. Going to run 200 test-e, 150 deca, arimidex EOD starting tomorrow, stopping deca and arimidex after week 12. Thoughts please and thank you.

I understand you want to use Deca for faster recovery? Also, why do you use Arimidex EOD? is that your sweet spot to keep estrogen in the normal range?
