Shoulder Issues

I know I certainly have, and am sure most of you have had their fair share of shoulder problems in the past, present, or future. This is a link to a great article for some self mobility test and ways to help it.

I have shoulder issues myself and can only work them out certain ways that won't bother them! Strangely enough, military presses work well for me!

My shoulder mobility is not great. I'm certified in FMS level 1. I took the shoulder mobility test and I scored a 1.

I know this is an old post but thanks for this Dolf I having been experiencing shoulder pain for quite some time. Bench press is by far the most uncomfortable and the day of working out it's usually pretty limited and painful. Flys work great but tend to yield the same discomfort I think. Some advice on alternatives to the typical chest lifts would be appreciated. Thanks
