Site loading slow

anyone else having issues with pages on site taking forever to load? I know its not my computer because every other site loads instantly. Have same issue on phone with only this site. Takes a good min to open pages most of time.

I've found that usually means maintenance is being done on a website when it runs slow.

That or sever issues or server overload.
