Stim vs non stim pre and gear

Hot topic I seen with some trainers and gear heads on tik tok. I literally want any excuse out of this it any slight reason to discredit or influence otherwise as I LOVE my stim pre.

A fitness influencer/trainer sponsored by young LA, posted about how when your enhanced and you are taking stimulant pre workout, it constricts your blood vessels during your workout and doesn’t allow as much of the gear in basically, diminishing potential gainz. So the substance responsible is caffeine? I think a lot of gear users drink coffee before workouts and even rich and other big name body building who were enhanced, took insane amounts of stimulant pre. Honestly, I love stimulant pre. I tried to switch to a non stimulant just to try it out after seeing this and it’s trash. I hate it. No insane pump, no increase in weight lifted, I get fatigued quick. It’s honeslty what gets me through some grueling work outs. Let me know what you guys think, as it’s an interesting topic. I use reign energy drinks with my pre and drink a lot of coffee so my caffeine intake is through the roof. Is this potientally hurting my gear gainz? Is it enough to lose the benefits of what stimulant pre does for me?
Please tell me what I want to hear 😂

I'm guilty of drinking a lot of coffee 🤪

Excess caffeine intake does raise your blood pressure and it does constrict blood vessels.

I don't know how this impacts gear or if it does at all.

Personally, I don't like pre workout but when I do use it I prefer the non stim (sorry LOL) the kind I really like is the Hydraulic Axe and Sledge. But, don't use it a lot like I said.

It's going to be individual as to what degree the caffeine impacts you. However, my take is that if your blood vessels are restricted then you're not getting maximum blood flow aka nutrients and oxygen. So, your pump isn't as good. Again, some may not be impacted much by caffeine though.

I think that with pre workout drinks a lot of people get off on that itchy and hype feeling that you get from a lot of the caffeine and (I believe some of it is large amounts of B vitamins) this feeling actually is making them feel hype as fuck but the pump isn't as good in reality.

I'm not advocating for the pre workout drink I suggested. Most of the time I don't even use them. I do like that one if I do though.

I'm hoping some other Jedi throw input at this because I'm curious as well.
