TNE pre-workouts is a miracle come true. iv been using it for a few months now, 35-50mg in a major muscle group like biceps or quads. The intensity is through the roof, and honestly i feel the avaiability of this test in a burst when you're in beast mode in the gym killing the weights is pricessless. i beleive im seeing even enhanced results from this practice on the past few months.
Its a staple in my pre workout now. I try not to exceed 250mg weekly of TNE, just to keep the test in check. thats just me.
