Hmm good one . For me its been quite a while now since Ive run on a real blast or cycle, but I suppose one thing Ive learned is never to be rigid to the plan on paper, you must remain flexible and adjust on the fly.
Ive learned that even with experience I still need to go for occasional blood work because my estro can vary tremendously and I don't end up getting symptoms until its too late, in otherwords no warning signs for my body.
Ive learned that all the rules and advice are actually nothing more than guidelines , that with this stuff the rules we adhere to are best established by experience not what we read.
Ive learned and am learning , that I been using to much ai.
Since I almost dropped my ai , the sinus problem almost gone .
Caber isnt to be used regularly (at least not for me ) always have but use when needed instead of dosing it regularly . , (person dependent )
Im sure I will add to this ...good post
never had any issues with Gyno, ran 4 full cycles and all had a test base. My last cycle I introduced GH half way thru and was planning on continuing a few months after my cycle was finished, and I got gyno pretty bad. Was only taking proviron in place of AI, and usually that was all I neeDeD. Now I know to take a full blown AI as I still have an extreme tenderness on my right side nip.
possibly letro?
Thanks brother! Its a tough lesson to learn, but thanks for sharing so that others might learn from your mistake. +1
I had ran several cycles without any problems and then boom gyno from what I think was running dbol at a high dose. Luckily I had adex on hand, but I let it go to long without paying enough attention to what my body was telling me. I got a small non visable lump under my right nipple. That was about a year ago. I ran some mast p recently, and it seems like it shrunk the lump, and has taken away all tenderness.
This is just my second cycle, test only.
The only change I made from cycle 1 (which had a little Dbol at the start) was to front end load. Pinned 1ml 4 times in first week, instead of the normal 2 (2pw, from week 2 onwards) and what a difference it has made. Only 5 weeks in, but been feeling, and seeing, the benefits for several weeks now.
So FEL certainly works for me!
How you doing Bro, hope you're well.
I know - I'm a bad member! Tend to dip in-and-out.
I would always recommend anybody running their first cycle to do it 'by the book' but after that (assuming all went well) I would suggest trying FEL - for me, its been a massive boost - why wait 4-5 weeks for saturation levels to reach their peak if you don't have too? Why take DBol weeks 1-6 to get that 'kickstart' (which I lost almost immediately after stopping) when you can get onto test gains much earlier.
Everyone's different - but I'm definitely a fan!
I'm on here every day learning. But what I've learned from my cycle was, don't fix it if it isn't broke and use pill form ai. I was using liquid ai twice a day and cycle was going great for a good month and a half when I thought I was taking too much aromasin. So I slowed down on it. That was a mistake. Corrected it and all is well. Also ordered some ai(pills) from overseas.
i learned that ai's are not to be triffled with that's some potent shit too much bam not enough bam
seems like the more cycles I run the more prone to estrogen sides as well
also learned that all short esters don't bite if it's good gear used to be scared as hell of prop had a lump the size of dolly pardons tits on my ass cheek
last thing is no matter what gear even my trt my quads are not gonna give in to use they refuse every time every spot like a donkey kicked me
that I don't need a lot of aas when using hgh. allows me to see similar progress with much lower doses.
I have learned that if you grab the bull by the horns you will most likely end up on your ass. hopefully you will learn. Now if you have some help grabbing those horns then your chances of ending up on your ass are far less. Same holds for running juice. do go in without proper information and be sure to ask for help if you are not sure.
