Lets here it guys!!! alot of talk about the Mr. O this year with Kai not being in it. Me personally thinks he was scared to come on stage and lose again. I went to hear everyones thoughts on it. WHO WILL WIN. I think Phil will take it again unless Big Ramy has some Crazy conditioning this year. He said today in the press that he is 310 shredded this year. So I dont know we will see, Maybe it will be Shawn but we will see. For the 212s there is a great line up this year. I would like to see Jose Raymond win because I think he had it last year. I think Guy is going to do good this year to But again lets hear what you think guys.!!

Kai was scared, did you see his update pic? It was freaking unreal, like another planet type stuff. But I think Phil is probably gonna take it again, unless Dexter Jackson shows up in better condition that day. Its all about who looks there best on the day and it seems like it doesnt take much to come in either to puffy or flat or not enough conditioning. I think shawn Rhoden takes third, The prejudging is tonight right??

I actually heard a lot of talk of politics. Kai's 'fruit-filled' past is said to have finally caught up with him. Anyone hear of this? Engage sewing-circle mode.
