Gear arrived one week after i did my order.

Very quick shipping. Got my stuff a few days after i did my order.

Thought about ordering from this shop,but i won't do it. Very bad customer service. Communication is a catastrophe, so I think it won't be better when making an order! ...

Update. Support has answered. 

What is wrong with their support. I have sent friend request on eroids and used their contact form and written email the last days. without any success.  ...

Don't think I'm a totally dumbass because of this many posts. Problems with my smartphone :-)
