Hello Dolf, is' okay for me brother, i'm Henrik a Dane living in Spain i love to train.
I'm 51 years old, so gosh maybe i'm the oldest in here ow what ?
I have trained for the last 12 years of my life, before i was a boxer, now i just lift but i love it.
I'm ofcourse looking after a good show i can count on..so maybe you can help me ?
