Protein Hot Chocolate

That's a great thought milk. When I was in the army they used to serve us warn orange juice and apple juice for breakfast in the field during the winter. I hated it, but they said the body uses less energy to warm it up for digesting. I bet that it would speed up the absorption rate if thats true.

Interesting. i wonder if the absorption rate would be greater being closer to body temp.
