I placed my order through Safe Mail and found the supplier to be very helpful and quick to respond to my queries about how to fill in the Western Union form.

The package arrived about 7 days later and was very cleverly passed off as a health food product that was a highly plausible cover. I was very impressed. Australian customs are a nosey lot with too many resources at their disposal and they think nothing of opening almost any package they want to. I doubt they would ever have suspected anything untowards here.

The supplier stayed in close contact via email at all times.



I ran a 12 day course as follows:

Days 1-3: 250mg
Days 4-9: 500mg
Days 10-12: 250mg

I was also taking the following:

- ECA stack with pseudoephidrine as ephidrine is too hard to get here
- Swisse Men's multivite
- Yohimbine HCl 20mg/day
- Vitamin C 2000mg x twice daily
- CoQ10 150mg
- Acetyl Carnitine at 500-1000mg/day depending on whether I am exercising that day
- Various herbs, mainly ayervedic tonic herbs, nothing specifically for weight loss or training

Day 1 - heat straight away, this subsided over a couple of days.

Day 4 - a bit warmer, especially when in the sun (it is summer here now, but still cool most of the time when out of the sun). Starting to feel carb cravings and tiredness/dehydration upon waking.

By day 9, I was waking every morning with the dry horrors and a couple of times with a mild sweat, but nothing too serious. I was craving carbs all the time, and comfort eating yoghurt and fruit just to preserve my sanity. Lethargic all the time, I was having to take afternoon naps because the tiredness was kicking my ass. These are all normal and expected sides.

I wasn't doing any lifting, due to an injury I sustained a couple of weeks earlier, but managed to push out about 30 min of light cardio a day. Strangely, I didn't feel tired when exercising, mainly only when sitting in front of the PC. Cardio left me with a good sweat. Body fluids slightly yellowed.

I decided it was becoming too harsh and I couldn't control my carb intake and macronutrient balance, so I dropped back to 250mg/day for the next three days. Finally, I can face ham and eggs for breakfast again.

Days 10-12 - Visible water retention, scales not really telling me anything positive. Hot weather predicted (40 degrees centrigrade - that's 104 to you Northerners), so finished cycle 3 days out.

Four days later checked the scales and dropped 2.8kg/6.2lb in just under two weeks. Stoked.

You'd have to be a real masochist to abuse this stuff to the point of being dangerous, unless you were really careless about it. I will run future cycles at lower dose over longer term - I'd rather have a normal diet, be able to train and take a month instead of a fortnight. I have no need to drop weight quickly for comp or anything, just wanted a summer kick to shred up the last few percent.

I've taken DNP twice before, the first time was very low dose crystal, and the second was powder in similar dosage to this current cycle. The sides are more predictable and subside quicker with crystal and therefore I think are easier to manage. Powdered DNP cooked my ass the whole time and made my muscles really flat, although I'm not sure I was as lethargic. The results I have seen are consistent with my previous experience and with the claimed dosage per capsule.
