This is my first run with DNP, started on 250 daily and the sides weren't bad so after a week i upped to 500. At this dose I'm constantly sweaty, not to a great degree, just the type of sweat you feel when you're walking around outside on a hot day. I also get several hot flashes throughout the day. Night sweats are more pronounced. Weight loss has been decent over the two weeks I've been on, 9lbs (clean eating, no cardio, light lifting. Will be ordering again.
