Been using this source on an off since 2006.They been around since 1998! My 1st order from them this year came in one week!The pick up my money on 4/25/15 an I have not gotten my package yet..They sent me a few emails saying "I'm terribly sorry but we had an server update issue recently and some emails just got piled up without us even looked at them.
 Your shipment is now confirmed and status updated.
 We do thank you for your patience." then they sent a email saying Shipped - Total 1 Packet Sent.
 Track ID: Shipped on 5-4-2015 from Canada ..So after a few days I ask them for the tracking # so I can track the package..Here's what they said"Your order will be shipped in 48 hours and extras will be added for the late shipment.
 We do apologize for the inconveniences." this is after they said it was shipped already..i sent them a email. an they said"You are an old customer and you know us for a long time. You know we wouldn't let you down unless a problem occurred in the process of shipment. Please kindly allow 48 hours. Your order will be dispatched along with compensation items.
We do thank you for your patience."Its been 96hrs an havnt heard anything from them.
