Review Detail

Supplier offers guarantee on delivery.  Package seized by customs.  Have contacted supplier 5 times over the course of five days.  Refuses to respond to any inquiry, which I have only asked what they would be willing to do as their packaging appears to have been suspicious enough to warrant opening and further inspection in customs.  Received notice from customs that identifies exact ordered contents, so they definitely did open the package and were easily able to identify what it was.
