I have gained 12lbs of solid muscle mass in three weeks . been working out 5 days a week and my recovery from each work out is amazing and strength has increased dramatically and body fat has decreased at the same time .taking 750m test each week and so far the mast alone has kept my estro in check , a little insomnia but thats to be expected
