Customer Support & Ordering Process
The customer support and ordering process is always perfect and easy to do. I have been his customer for many years now and only order from him and we talk back and forth on a weekly basis and communication is always perfect and he responds very quickly. You can order from his website but I actually talked to him on the WhatsApp program and put my orders in with him directly and everything is always perfect. He even sends messages when he's not busy about products that are on special sale and what not, we have a very good relationship.
Delivery (T/A) & Packaging
My packages usually land within 5 to 7 days always very quick and the packaging is very discreet and normal looking. I have never received any broken vials or any damaged products from him ever. Inside of the packages everything is always bubble wrap and lots of tape on everything it's super tight and packed very well!
