10 days a little soon to start a nolva/clomid pct after Enanthate.  14 days is the norm, but IMO its a little longer.  I typically give it 17-20 days after last pin to pct, but thats with a HCG blast.  This being first cycle you should bounce back quick, but id wait til day 14.

And NO, TNE during pct is not wise.  It will reverse what the clomid and nolva are trying to do with your HPTA system.  Expect a dip in drive...youve been hyperactive for 4 months so its got to come down.
