I completely agree. When I was in my early 20's I had a hurt shoulder and I was in the gym doing some light weight DB presses when some hot ass girl came in and started working out next to me. My dumb ass didn't want her thinking I was weak, so I grabbed the heavy ones to show off for her and ended up fucking up my wrist and almost dropping the weight on her foot. One of the most embarrassing experiences in my life. My wrist was messed up for at least a year because of that. LOL DUMBASS!!!
